1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must include the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Attach photos if the item is defective or damaged.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

Pack your item securely in the original packaging and send it to the address provided.

After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

You may choose between a replacement (same product, size, and color) or a refund.

4. Order Cancellations

Most orders are processed within 24 hours.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

5. Exchanges

At Sow Kave, we accept returns and exchanges for all types of products sold in our store.

Exchanges are available for:

The same item in a different size or color, OR

A replacement if the item is defective or damaged.

If you wish to exchange for a completely different product, we recommend returning your original order for a refund and then placing a new order for the product you want.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
